Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE JOINT                         
RESOLUTION NO. 52 Proposing amendments to the Constitution of                  
the State of Alaska relating to the budget reserve fund.  Without              
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 52 was referred to the Finance                     
Committee.
